ADETOUN AKIN-BALOGUN LL. B (Hons), BL.

Mrs. Akin-Balogun obtained a first degree in Law (LL. B) from the University of Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria in 1980 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981.

She commenced her professional career in 1982 with the Nigerian Industrial Bank (NIDB) and later the Nigerian Enterprises Promotion Board till 1985 after which she entered private legal practice.

Her experience spans development banking and finance, loans and syndicated financing, project financing, company law and corporate governance, property law and real estate, company secretarial duties amongst others.

Mrs. Balogun is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
